You've planned, you've plotted, and you've got bins of decor ready to go. You have your vision and know exactly how you want things. The only thing you don't have is someone to set it all up. Cue- Bustle + Blush.
This package is for couples who don't want to worry about who, what, where and how all the details will come together on their big day! We will show up, plan in hand, ready to transform your venue into the space of your dreams! The best part- your Grandma Carol, bridesmaids and mom can also enjoy the day without being put to work.
As Day of Coordinators and set-up crew, we will step in a whole month in advance to help make sure everything is in order. This ensures that we have a full understanding of your vision. This Day of Coordination + Set- Up package includes 11 hours of coordination/set up on your wedding day.

Partial Wedding Planning
What's Included?
Prior to the Wedding, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide a general and in-depth wedding planning checklist for client to use if desired

Supply any needed vendor recommendations upon request

Communicate via email and/or phone starting a month before the wedding

Help aid in the creation of a wedding day timeline
On the Wedding Day, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide 11 hours total of set-up + coordination on your wedding day

Includes TWO members of the Bustle + Blush team on site

Provide setup of decorative items such as tablescapes/centerpieces, gift table, cakes table, etc. (We do not set up heavy/large items such as tables, chairs, arches, etc. )

Provide full-day coordination and supervision of the ceremony site and reception

Provide wedding day emergency kit

Aid in the set up of the ceremony/reception spaces on your wedding day

Oversee coordination of vendor arrival and set up

Coordinate the flow of events during the ceremony and reception

Distribute outstanding balances and gratuity i.e. caterers, bartenders, etc.

Tend to small tasks and details

Deal with wedding crashers and unruly guests

Place gifts + cards in appropriate vehicle or location (if desired)

Coordinate send off (if within the 11 hour time frame)
Wanting us for more than 11 hours on your big day? No problem! For additional time, it is $150 an hour.
