So, you've already put in all the hard work and numerous hours of planning your wedding. Now you're ready to pass the baton to us! This way you and your soon-to-be spouse can experience the best that your wedding has to offer.
This package is for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without having to sweat the small stuff. The best part- your Grandma Carol and your mom can also enjoy the day without being put to work.
Contrary to its name, as a Day of Coordinator, we will step in a whole month in advance to help make sure everything is in order. This ensures that we have a full understanding of your vision. Day of Wedding Coordination
What's Included?
Prior to the Wedding, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide a consultation to discuss overall vision

Provide a general and in-depth wedding planning checklist for client to use if desired

Supply any needed vendor recommendations upon request

Communicate via email and/or phone starting a month before the wedding

Help aid in the creation of a wedding day timeline
On the Wedding Day, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide 11 hours of coordination on your wedding day

Includes TWO members of the Bustle + Blush team on site

Provide full-day coordination and supervision of the ceremony site and reception

Provide wedding day emergency kit

Aid in the final details of the ceremony/reception spaces on the day of

Oversee coordination of vendor arrival and set up

Coordinate flow of events during the ceremony and reception

Distribute outstanding balances and gratuity i.e. caterers, bartender, etc.

Tend to small tasks and details
-
Deal with wedding crashers and unruly guests
-
Place gifts in appropriate vehicle
-
Coordinate send off (if within the 11-hour time frame)

Assist with tear down and cleanup (if within the 11 hour time-frame)
Need us for more than 11 hours on your big day? No problem! For additional time, it is $85 an hour.
