At this point, you have probably spent numerous hours thinking about and planning your big day. You have a vision and now you're ready to pass the baton to us! This way you and your soon-to-be spouse can experience the best that your wedding has to offer.
This package is for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about the flow and organization of it all. From greeting vendors to helping photos run smoothly- we will make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
Contrary to its name, as a Day of Coordinator, we will step in a whole month in advance to help make sure you have a great timeline in place + that all the loose ends are tied up with a bow!
Day of Coordination package includes 8 hours of coordinating on your wedding day.
Travel fee is not included in the price above.
Day of Wedding Coordination
What's Included?
Prior to the Wedding, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide a general and in-depth wedding planning checklist for client to use if desired

Supply any needed vendor recommendations upon request

Communicate via email and/or phone starting a month before the wedding

Help aid in the creation of a wedding day timeline
On the Wedding Day, Bustle + Blush will:

Provide 8 hours of coordination on your wedding day

Includes TWO members of the Bustle + Blush team on site

Provide coordination and supervision of the ceremony site and reception

Provide wedding day emergency kit

Aid in the final details (small, finishing touches) of the ceremony/reception spaces on the day of

Oversee coordination of vendor arrival and set up

Coordinate flow of events during the ceremony and reception

Distribute outstanding balances and gratuity i.e. caterers, bartender, etc.

Tend to small tasks and details (such as lighting candles, replenishing napkins, etc.)

Deal with wedding crashers and unruly guests
-
Place gifts + cards in appropriate vehicle or location (if desired)
-
Coordinate send off (if within the 8-hour time frame)
Need us for more than 8 hours on your big day? For additional time, it is $150 an hour.
